U-Win aims to provide efficient service to our customers.  Please carefully read the following information before placing your orders.

Payment

Stripe – Credit Card

All online order(s)/purchase(s) shall be settled during the checkout procedure.  The total amount is included of the prevailing 7% GST (Goods and Service Tax).

Cancellation and Amendments

Strictly no order cancellations/amendments are allowed upon confirmation unless stated otherwise.

Production Lead Time & Delivery Date

Identification Products

Standard lead time: 7 working days

Bulk orders for our identification products such as lanyards, wristbands, badge holders, and other accessories shall take 14 working days deliver.  Express delivery request within the stipulated lead time is subject to the availability of our production line and will incur shipping or delivery cost if applicable.

Trophies and Plaques

Standard lead time:  4-7 working days

For bulk orders shall take 10-14 days delivery, express delivery request within the stipulated lead time is subject to the availability of our production line and will incur additional shipping or delivery cost if applicable.

General Note

Production lead time and delivery date are stated in the artwork confirmation form sent to your email.

The standard lead time stated above commences upon confirmation of artwork.

Local Delivery & Fees

Orders/purchases amounting to $300 and above are entitled to a free local delivery within areas of Singapore.*

A minimum charge of $30 per trip* shall be imposed to order(s) / purchase(s) amounting to less than $300 dollars.

* Deliveries through these locations –  Jurong Island, Sentosa Island and restricted Army Camps will incur an additional $20.00  delivery charge.

Goods delivered are in good condition.  It is the sole responsibility of the recipient to check and verify the goods prior to acknowledging our delivery order or invoice form.

Delivery Schedules

There are two (2) delivery timing per day. Our staff will contact the recipient to confirm its delivery time and address 1-2 days prior to the delivery date.  Please note that delivery arrangement shall be subjected to our courier’s below timing availability.

Replacement

U-Win will replace the product if found to be defective in terms of workmanship or quality.

Discount Coupon

Discounted Coupon only applies to particular products and services.  It is not valid for other promotions and offers unless otherwise stated.
